Our behavior modification program is offered in a semi-presential format for clients in Spain and fully online for clients worldwide. The course includes two weekly online sessions, complemented by an optional in-person supervision visit every three weeks (clients only cover travel and accommodation expenses, if applicable).
The program is structured into three phases of three weeks each, focusing on clear goal-setting, the application of the most effective techniques, and continuous evaluation of progress. Each phase is designed to ensure measurable results and a personalized approach for every client.
Support is available via phone and WhatsApp from Monday to Saturday, 11:00 to 20:00.
